With investments of EGP 3 bn, Starlight Developments unveils their latest mixed use project URBNK, Invest-Gate reports. The project, a mixed-use and part of Katameya Creeks residential project, will add quality living for residents implemented through modern luxury retail, dining, office, and living spaces, Starlight Developments’ official statement reads. The project has a total of 31 ground floor units for retail, and 84 office space units to accommodate flexible and responsive state-of-the-art workspaces, tailored to the individual needs of established and emerging companies.
